What is Colon Hydrotherapy?
Colon hydrotherapy is a safe, effective method of removing waste from the colon (large intestines), without the use of drugs or chemicals. By introducing filtered and temperature controlled water into the colon, the waste is softened and loosened, resulting in evacuation through natural peristalsis (muscle contraction). This process is repeated throughout the session. Colonic therapy may also help to tone and reshape the colon.
